Problem
To create user-centric holistic designs, designers must put themselves in the user's shoes.
Frontier's marketing department conducted an Online Quantitative Intuify Survey using a sample of 3,101 people within the Frontier zip-level footprint. Based on four demographics: Tech-savvy mindsets, social media, operational, and product device alignment. They were grouped into five segments.
Solution
Create user personas grounded in the marketing department's research. This approach will enhance our understanding of our target audience and enable us to tailor our strategies effectively.
